evaluated by an independent External Evaluation and Accreditation Committee of the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHEE), in terms of its compliance with the principles of the Quality Standard for the Accreditation of of New Undergraduate Study Programs and the Principles and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG), for study level 6 of the National and European Qualifications Framework.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-25 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-cf89dcc\" data-id=\"cf89dcc\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap Ms Ioanna Kerefiadou, Student of Fine Arts, Athens School of Fine Arts, Athens, Greece<\/p><p>The Committee examined the compliance of the Department and the USP with regard to the following principles:<\/p><ul><li><b><em>Principle 1<\/em><\/b>: Strategic Planning, Feasibility and Sustainability of the Academic Unit<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 2<\/em><\/b>: Quality Assurance Policy of the Institution and the Academic Unit<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 3<\/em><\/b>: Design, Approval and Monitoring of the Quality of the New Undergraduate Programmes<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 4<\/em><\/b>: Student-centred Approach in Learning, Teaching and Assessment of Students<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 5<\/em><\/b>: Student Admission, Progression, Recognition of Academic Qualifications and Award of Degrees and Certificates of Competence of the New Study Programmes<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 6<\/em><\/b>: Ensuring the Competence and High Quality of the Teaching Staff of the New Undergraduate Study Programmes<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 7<\/em><\/b>: Learning Resources and Student Support of the New Undergraduate Programmes<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 8<\/em><\/b>: Collection, Analysis and Use of Information for the Organisation and Operation of New Undergraduate Programmes<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 9<\/em><\/b>: Public Information Concerning the New Undergraduate Programmes<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 10<\/em><\/b>: Periodic Internal Review of the New Study Programmes<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 11<\/em><\/b>: Regular External Evaluation and Accreditation of the New Undergraduate Programmes<\/li><li><b><em>Principle 12<\/em><\/b>: Monitoring the Transition from Previous Undergraduate Study Programmes to the New Ones<\/li><\/ul><p>The Committee decided for the Department's USP that:<\/p><ul><li><em>The Principles where full compliance has been achieved are: 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.<br \/><\/em><\/li><li><em>The Principles where substantial compliance has been achieved are: 1 and 3.<br \/><\/em><\/li><li>The Principles where partial compliance has been achieved are: 6 and 7.<\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ia.ihu.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Ekthesh_pistopoihshs_EA_ENG.pdf\">\u00a0<strong>The full report of the External Evaluation and Accreditation Committee (ENG)<\/strong><\/a><\/p><p>The Evaluation and Accreditation Council of the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE), at its 26-07-2024 meeting, taking into account the above report of the External Evaluation and Accreditation Committee, decided on the Accreditation of the USP of our Department stating that our Department complies satisfactorily with the principles of the Quality Standard for the Accreditation of New Undergraduate Studies Programs in operation of the HAHE and the Principles and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG), for study level 6 of the National and European Qualifications Framework.<br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The validity period of the accreditation is set for five years, from 24-07-2024 to
