Fragkou Zoi is a graduate of the School of Visual and Applied Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the School of Philosophy and Education – Faculty of Philosophy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2015 she obtained a Master's degree in Education Sciences, Special Education – School of Education -University of Nicosia. From 2002 to 2020 she served in private and public education structures as an art teacher, undertaking educational and administrative work while from 2015 she worked in positions of responsibility as Principal and Deputy Principal in Secondary Education Schools.

At the same time she has taught as an Academic Scholar in the Department of Interior Architecture Decoration & Object Design of TEI of Central Macedonia and the International Hellenic University with autonomous teaching. Since 2020 she is a permanent member of the Department of Interior Architecture of the School of Design Sciences of International Hellenic University (IHU). In addition to teaching and administration, she has a work of art with painting exhibitions and has been professionally involved in the illustration of children's literature and science books.
